1. Purpose and ScopeThis Content Management Policy outlines the processes and procedures adopted by Ciaofan to ensure that all user-generated content published or shared on the platform complies with legal requirements, card scheme rules, and community standards.
This policy applies to:
All creators and members of the platform,
All content types including photos, videos, text posts, livestreams and chat,
All Ciaofan domains, subdomains, and applications.2. Content Submission and Pre-Publication ReviewCiaofan does not allow any post, feed, or media content to be published automatically.
Every piece of content uploaded by creators is routed to an internal moderation dashboard in the Admin Panel before it becomes publicly visible.
Process:
1. Creator uploads content.
2. Content is automatically flagged as “Pending Review”.
3. The moderation team manually reviews the content against the platform’s compliance and community standards.
4. Moderators either Approve or Decline the content.
5. Only approved content is published on the live platform.
This manual gate ensures that no unverified or illegal content ever appears publicly.
